You are eligible to initiate an exchange or credit note of full-priced merchandise purchased on Hala Daher within 7 days of receiving your order. To ensure your exchange is accepted, please refer to our return condition below.
- The return is handed to an affiliated courier service within 7 business days of receiving your order
- Returned garments are in an original condition, unworn, unwashed, tags attached and associated packaging included. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted
- Returned garments received with make-up marks will not be accepted for exchange or return as all returned merchandise need to be in a re-saleable state
- All sale purchases are final and not eligible for return, please choose carefully
- Hala Daher does not accept returns on any sale items unless deemed faulty. This excludes our Welcome Sign-Up offer.
Hala Daher provides return shipping labels and all international returns will be charged a handling and service fee of $55 AUD, excluding New Zealand who will be charged a handling and service fee of $30AUD.

If your exchange or credit note is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new
