Our studio is closed over public holiday periods. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
Shipping policy
PREORDER
All products are made per order, which means we create your item after your order has been placed. Your item will be shipped in 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from day of order was placed. Changes to any orders placed must notify our team within 24 hours- info@haladaher.com.au
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All other orders will be charged $10AUD shipping fee. All domestic orders are dispatched within 48 hours unless preorder item which will be shipped after 14 business days (unless stated otherwise in item description) via Australia Post Express or partner delivery service with an average delivery time of 1-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
REFUSED DELIVERY
Please note if an order is refused at delivery, the receiver will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning the parcel to us; and this will be deducted from the refund once received back to our warehouse. Costs may vary.
